Full-time work with a Bellingham company that’s been going since 1997 — with a strong, long-term crew.
The person who quotes the job is on site with you.
We’re a local crew, not a franchise. Work is in-county, so there’s no two-hour commute at either end of the day, and you’ll be working alongside an experienced lead painter rather than being dropped in alone. We train people up — several of the crew started with basic experience and now run their own jobs.

- Interior and exterior work alongside a lead painter
- Masking, brushing, rolling and spraying
- Prep — washing, scraping, sanding, caulking
- Daily site clean-down
- Talking to customers like they’re in their own home, because they are
What we need
- One to two years’ experience minimum
- Confident masking, brushing and rolling
- Valid driver’s license
- Takes direction well
- Wants to learn and works as part of a crew
