Respecting your legal rights

We operate a notice and takedown procedure. On receiving a proper notification as described below, and where we consider it appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the material in question.

Claims of defamation

This process is only for notifying us that you believe you have been defamed by content on this website. Other inquiries won’t receive a response through this process — please use our normal contact details instead.

Counter-notification

If material you posted has been removed following a copyright notification and you believe it was removed in error, you may send our Designated Agent a counter-notification as provided for under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Repeat infringers

Where appropriate, it is our policy to remove content from, and refuse further submissions by, anyone who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.
